Yes you can apply in Canada college. If you are getting in 12th class minimum 70% number in PCB. Then you can apply. But there are some conditions are applicable.

• are enrolled at a designated learning institution (DLI)
• prove you have enough money to pay for your fee.
• obey the law, have no criminal record and get a police verification certificate (if required)
• are in good health and get a medical exam (if required).
• you don't have medical issues and they will consider you if you provide a medical test report.

You can complete your higher secondary standard exam from Canada by getting admission in any higher secondary schools in canada.You can ask the authorities for written scholarship test and after obtaining the grades you can attain scholarship upto 70 percent as offered by most of the schools.

System of education is way quite different in schools . Your indian education systems will not add ups credit which can be compared to their schools. However , you can go for higher studies like bachelors or diploma after completeing your 12th in arts stream . Most do this way only and then after having some work exp they apply for jobs.
