i wanted to ask that does digital marketing have global approach? If a do course in india ,would it be accepted in canada because i am planning to pursue my studies over there..?

ANPAM KUMAR Student Expert 13th Sep, 2019

Hey there

Ofcourse that will be accepted there as even if you do digital marketing from Canada they will ask you and test your knowledge in the field no one is gonna trust your certificate. Though having a certificate shows that you had properly did the course. So it won't be any problem if you complete digital marketing thoroughly with good knowledge and I also advise you to do few online internships regarding digital marketing you will be benefitted in the interviews.

Good luck

I am in 11th (commerce) STD in India and I want to settle in Canada, I am confused whether I should go after 12th for further studies or do b.com (3 years) here in India and Masters in Canada.

Era Madaria 8th Sep, 2019

Hi Student

I am putting down some advantages and disadvantage of  both the sides.

After Class 12th

  • ADVANTAGES:
  1. You get access to advanced technology and facilities
  2. Overseas admissions are more holistic
  3. You learn and develop personal and managerial skills
  4. Overseas education is more application-based
  5. You can explore career options
  6. Your ideal job has an international element
  • DISADVANTAGES:
  1. Overseas education is quite expensive
  2. It’s not a good option if you completely lack clarity on your career goals
  3. The overseas admission process is not straightforward
  4. You may not be mature enough to manage the cultural change right after 12th.

After B.Com. (Hons.)

  • Advantages:
  1. A post-graduation degree is often cheaper
  2. You are more mature and clearer about your goals at the PG stage
  3. It makes you eligible for higher posts in the corporate world
  4. It helps you expand your network
  5. Short-term programs can also give you an edge after graduation

  • DISADVANTAGES:
  1. Working abroad after a Master’s degree is not always easy
  2. Some postgraduation degrees may not be acceptable/transferable in India

You can comment your further queries in the comment section below.

Best Wishes
