hey. can I. be a cardiologist director after my neet success ... how much should I score for this in neet. . and what are the possible colleges for to be admitted as cardiologist director .

Abhishek Roy 1st Jul, 2021

Assuming youre a General Category Student, you must target atleast between 550+/720 for prospects securing a seat in some of the Good Goverment Medical Colleges. However, today you even have many good State and Private Medical Colleges at lower Score. But this wont lead you to become a Cardiologist.

After MBBS, you need to pursue Postgraduation/Specialization M.Ch/MS/DNB in Cardiology, for being a Cardiologist in future.

If I got simple medical ug college. and if I perform well in neet pg exam so can I became cardiologist

Maryam Sara 26th Jul, 2021

Hi Raj,

Becoming a Doctor and that too a Cardiologist is a dream come true and you really need to work day and night to make that possible.

The roadmap incase of India for becoming a Cardio surgeon or a Cardiologist medicine doctor, you need to follow the following:

  • Firstly you need to clear the NEET UG exam conducted by NTA and complete your MBBS.
  • Secondly after you have successfully completed your MBBS you now need to clear NEET PG exam and get yourself enrolled for MS in general i.e. master of surgery and this is for 3 years.
  • Now you need to go for 3 year M.Ch. in Cardiology.

India lacks a lot of doctors and we really need them. I wish all the best.
