Hi Raj,
Becoming a Doctor and that too a Cardiologist is a dream come true and you really need to work day and night to make that possible.
The roadmap incase of India for becoming a Cardio surgeon or a Cardiologist medicine doctor, you need to follow the following:
India lacks a lot of doctors and we really need them. I wish all the best.
Firstly you need to prepare for NEET and secure a seat at some of the Good Goverment, State or Private Medical Colleges in India. After MBBS, maybe you may have work experience as a Jr Resident and parallely prepare for NEET PG. Once you clear PG Entrance in India or maybe Abroad, you need to pursue M.Ch/MS/DNB related PG Course followed by a career as an Cardiologist.
