As Program Manager, your job is to manage all the centers which come into your zone. And to operate the centers, you need to visit them once or twice in a month. If you are a Karnataka Zone program manager, and there are ten centers under you in Karnataka, you need to visit the centres and meet the centers' requirements as your job.

Yes, you can go for MCA with AI after completing B.Voc in software development. But keep in mind that colleges require you have Mathematics as a subject in your 12th as well as graduation. If you do not have maths as a subject in both periods, then you will not be eligible for MCA.
If you choose MCA then side by side of MCA do some certifications when you will be in 2nd or 3rd year as it will help you in getting the good package.
Apart from this, you can also go for MBA. It will diversify your career options. But choose a good college for pursuing MBA otherwise you will have less placement in less recognised colleges.

MCA or master of computer applications is a two year full time postgraduate level degree programme offered by many universities across India. The eligibility for the same is minimum 50 percent aggregate in class 12 with Maths as a main subject from a recognized board of education. If you've had mathematics in class 12 and you're planning on to go for a graduation degree which deals with maths in at least one year, so, you're eligible for MCA.

I would like to tell you that Bcom is a degree which takes 3 years to complete and LLB takes 2 years to pursue which are 5 years together and if you take admission in Bcom LLB integrated the duration will also be of 5 years but the difference between the two choices is that if you pursue only Bcom first, you will have the option to explore the world of Bcom and the different interests of yours for you career options, and after completing your Bcom if you still feel confused or stuck between the career choices you have you can go for LLB and create more opportunities for yourself. Bcom has appealing career options in the commerce industry and with LLB you can go on to join the law side as well.
