There are not many colleges offering M.ed but there are enoough to choose from so you can pursue M.ed abroad and teach there itself.

There are number of options available for PCM students, like you can pursue Engineering or Architecture course, Merchant Navy, BSc (Hons) in any of your favorite subjects, if you're inclined towards research or teaching, you can also pursue Master's Degree in the concerned subject in future and qualify for NET/SET. If technical field interests you, you can go for BCA. You can also go for BDes , Bpharm,AME Training, CPL Training. If you wish to change your stream, you can go for management studies like BBA or law, even other courses such as Animation, Journalism etc.

yes, there are many job option available after msc in community health and nutrition. however to get the job becomes easier if you have any internship experience in relevant field. after doing this course a person can work as an Clinical Dietitian, Community Dietitian, Nutrition Product Manager. top recruiter are state medical colleges and hospitals, NPA, Markham Board of Trade, NAPS, Tech Connex, CSNN.
most of the cases bca candidates goes for mca course and make careers in software industry. however you may go for mba if you are interest in finance, marketing or business development oriented line. if you have ms office knowledge you may do some official job as desk support, office assistant and take parallel preparation for competitive exam like bank po, psc, ssc etc. feel free to ask if you have any more query.
As per your requirement, i would say that as you have completed your 1st year with 90 percent which is really a good marks. Choosing your future career will depend on your stream choosing and which subjects you had in your hs. In arts, you have to do ba for which you need a good collegr, so you have to apply for whichever hons you want to do. For commerce, there are plenty options like bcom, bba, ca, cs etc.
For science, you can do medical, engginering, bsc, etc. There are all a lot of options available for science students. You have to choose as per your future goals and plannings.
