My Daughter will be 3 yrs in Feb 2021, and by the start of academic session in Bangalore, i.e June 2021, she will be 3.4 yrs. I am admitting her to Lkg, so will she face any age issue for giving CBSE 10th exam?

suprava.65 27th Nov, 2020

Hello

As per the CBSE guidelines the minimum age to appear in the 10th exam is 14 years as of 31st December of the year of examination.

So if she fulfills this criteria during her 10th exam then there won't be any problem.

Hope this helps

where is the application number on the cbse 10th hall ticket/admit card?

Anurag Khanna 13th Jul, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

CBSE provides application number for both type of students, private as well as regular so the regular students have to collect the hard copy of their admit cards from their respective schools but private candidates get an application number from which they can download their admit card by themselves.

Application number is not mentioned on CBSE Admit card instead it is mailed to the schools and private candidates for downloading admit cards.

My fathers name has been prefixed with Late in my CBSE 10th certificate as he is no more but not in my CBSE 12th and graduation certificates as there were instructions to exclude prefixes , is it fine for government jobs?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 1st Jul, 2020

Hello,

While filling any application for government exam the prefixes are avoided and you should enter your details with initials and name. So, it won't be a problem if there is a prefix infront of your father's name in class 10 certificate and in rest of your certificates it is not present.

Hello my so got 86% in cbse 10th exams.he has taken strem PCM other subject given to him was Economic but he would like to do PCM with Computer science (CS) he wants to do study for Aeronautical engineering I just want to know if he will nit get CS is he will get stream in engineering ?

Anushka Singh 1st Aug, 2020

Sir,

It is totally up to your son, which subjects he wants to study. Admission in all the NITs and IITs is based on his rank in JEE MAINS( For NITs) and JEE ADVANCED (For IITs). And his branch or stream also depends upon his performance in the exam and the cut off .

Hope this will help.

ALL THE BEST.

sir can I change my borad in 12th class rbse to cbse .10th class I had cbse borad. Now I am doing neet preparation.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 28th May, 2020

You cannot change your Board in your 12th class. You need to study in the same board for both 11th and 12th. For example if you have studied your 11th in RBSE, you cannot change your Board to CBSE in your 12th. You either need to continue to study in RBSE or start 11th and 12th again from CBSE.
