However if we analyze the past year's performance and this year's performance then your CRL rank must be somewhere around 70000-80000.
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JAC then it shows that there are very less chances for DTU because closing rank for OBC category was around 68k but for NSUT you have some chances as the closing rank was around 83k.

Now, take a look at the analysis below: The general category cut-off for JEE Main 2020 has dipped to 70.24 from 89 which is a significant 18.76-marks decrease. As for the OBC/SC/ST categories, the decrease in cut-off marks for the same year has been 1.12, 3.83, and 4.94 marks respectively.
NCERT books explain all the topics in a more detailed way so that the students understand and perform well in the exam. JEE Main toppers and experts also recommend NCERT for JEE Main preparation. According to experts, studying NCERT is enough to qualify JEE Main.
The tentative qualifying marks for GEN category students is 89.75 for GEN (EWS category) is 78.21, for OBC-NCL is 74.31, for SC is 54, 44 for ST & 0.11371730 for PWD candidates.
In some states like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar, the B.Tech admission process is on the basis of JEE Main score, and chances of getting admission are high for a percentile range of 60 to 70. Candidates will need to participate in the state-level counselling process to secure admission.

Hello student yes you can appear in NIOS on demand examination and if you fulfill the eligibility criteria then you can appear in Neet entrance examination.
Neet eligibility - Candidates must passed class 12 in physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.

The minimum eligibility criteria for Btech programs is a minimum 50 percent marks in 10th and 12th. You also need to score above 60 percent individually in all the subjects especially PCM, English.
It depends on the course that you are applying for. As you're JEE score is low, the likelihood of getting admission is difficult to predict. You can however use the JEE college and rank predictor link to know your exact rank.
