I had originally applied for the cbse improvemnet exam because i was not satisfied with my marks, but now due to heath issues i might not be able to give it. Will they fail me if i am unable to appear? Will there be a change in my percentage? Will it leave any negative impact?

Sach Thadani 22nd Aug, 2022

Greetings!

Sir/mam, there is nothing that will happen even if you don't appear for the examination without siting any reason whatsoever.

Your old result will stay as it was if you don't appear.

Now if you really want to appear for improvement exam and are not able to do so because of valid health reasons, then you can try mailing CBSE on the mail ID that is there on their Website, you can describe your problem and your desire to appear for examination, and wait for their response.

Although as I said even if you don't to all this, nothing will happen your old result will stay as it was, and is not going to change, you should mail only if you really want to appear for examination and are unable to do so due to health reasons

Ive got 89.83% in class 12th CBSE Boards (all 6 subjects, 93.2% in five). I want to pursue MBA after doing BTech. Will I get 10 points or 8 points for the same?

Sayan 22nd Aug, 2022

Hello,

Eligibility criteria of MBA from IIM -

  • Candidates must have received at least a 60% overall grade in their 10+2 in any stream from a recognised Board.
  • Complete your studies at an accredited university with a minimum Score of 50%. The minimum score will be relaxed by 5% for applicants who fall under the ST or SC categories.
  • For overseas students, aspirants must pass exams like the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and the Common Admission Test (CAT).
  • Those who made the short list could also be contacted for rounds of group discussions or individual interviews.

You have to satisfy all these eligibility criteria for MBA in top IIM.

Thank You

if i am giving improvement in one subject this year, will i be able to give improvement in more subjects next year?

Nuthalapati Vyshnavi 21st Aug, 2022

Hello Student,

I appreciate your Interest in education. See the improvement is not restricted to one subject or multiple subjects  and  we cannot say if improvement in one subject in one year leads to improvement in more subjects in coming year.

You just need to have a revision of all subjects what you have completed in the school. have a revision and practice of subjects and concepts helps you better.

All the best.

I got 69% in 12th cbse 2021 so I cant get into iit,nit so if I do again 12th from nios board and score more than 75% do I get same 6 attempt ? is it worth doing nios again or its bad or should I opt for another degrees someone please guide me

Mayankjha.student2007 21st Aug, 2022

If your grade in the CBSE Boards exam for grade 12 was 69%. You should take the admission exam for your UG programme rather than taking the 12th standard again in order to improve your marks. Because retaking the 12th grade would cost you a full year. It was a dangerous and demanding job to undertake because in NIOS you have to prepare themes for both classes 11 and 12. However, if you prepare for the entrance exam there is still hope for you to enter a good college and have a skillful and happy life if you wish to attend IIT or NIT. Don't worry, you still have the opportunity to visit and participate in them. When you have finished your bachelor's degree, you can apply there for a master's degree or post-graduation courses.

Just believe in yourself,

All the very Best.

i was unable to give cbse class12 board exam both theory practical(due to helath issues). can in apply as a private candidate?

Jini bibi 23rd Aug, 2022

The candidate need only show up for the theory paper in courses where there is a distinction between the practical and theoretical marks; the practical marks will be carried over.

He will need to retake both the practical and theory segments of the exam if he fails both of them.

A student who did not pass the class 10th or class 12th board test may reapply as a private candidate or as an enrolled regular student.

I am not doing well in my 12th standard. If i appear cbse boards 2023 and re appear in nios 2024. Will I regain my two attempts of jee advance? i.e. jee advance 2024 and 2025. kindly answer.

Ankit Modanwal 21st Aug, 2022

Hello Student,

If You're not able to do well in 12th standard then you should do something about it because 11th & 12th standards syllabus makes our basic foundation strong. Hence if you will not study well how can you qualify the examination.

As per my knowledge, You may not be able attempt the JEE Advance Examination.

Further for more information You can go through the Eligibility Criteria of Jee Advance Exam.

Eligibility criteria for JEE Advance Examination are:

  • Candidates should be among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in B.E./B.Tech. Paper of JEE Main Exam.
  • A candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) maximum of two times in two consecutive years. Lets understand these with example, If the student has completed his/her class XII (or equivalent) examination in 2021 then he/she will be able to give Jee Advance Exam in the year 2021 & year 2022 only. Later on he/she will not be able to appear in the Examination.

Be Consistent with the study & be self confident.

Hope This Information helps you a lot.

Best Wishes!

in 11th class I was having bio as an additional sub and passed but then In 12th class i doesnt opted for bio add and passed class 12th cbse with only pcm..now will give only bio exam as add sub from cbse as a private candidate..am I eligible for neet 2023..will there be any problem during form?

tripti rai 19th Aug, 2022
Hello drishti,

Even though you have passed you your 12th standard with PCM , now that you giving biology exam as private candidate via CBSE . That would qualify you as a eligible candidate for neet 2023 examination considering the fact that you would have a more than 50% agreegate in PCB .Otherwise you would end up getting rejected during the counselling process.
Given below is the link for more information about neet eligibility criteria -:
