I scored 65% in 2022 boards CBSE but scored less in PCM. can I repeat 12th with the same stream but as a private student this time

Sayan 12th Aug, 2022

Hello,

Yes, you can repeat class 12, but you should think twice before doing these years as they could cause you to squander a year and prevent you from receiving admission in that specific year. Second, you will be self-assured because of society; however, because they will be making fun of you while you are studying at home for your exam, you will need to do more research.

Hope it helps you to understand.

Good Luck!!

I got 73% aggregate in 12th PCM from CBSE, can I take admission in NIT given that I am an SC candidate and have a 94.89%ile and category rank 1612 in JEE mains 2022.

thakurvishesh1 11th Aug, 2022

You have scored a splendid rank and given your category, you can get many good National Institute of Technologies or NITs and that too with great branches. Since National Testing Agency or NTA has removed the 75% criteria for the year 2022, you will face no problem regarding this too. Some of the best colleges you may get are:

NIT Trichy
NIT Warangal
NIT Rourkela
NIT Surathkal

can I take admission in 2 boards (state board and cbse) at the same time. I want to take pcb from cbse and pcm from state board. would I be able to give both JEE and NEET. for NEET Ill give the certificates of 11th & 12th of the same board (cbse) and for JEE state board, will I get into any trouble?

rajeevanand843 11th Aug, 2022

Dear aspirant

Why would be you take so much tensions by giving two boards exam.

You can take all four subjects as in single board every board provide that pcmb subject to take as your subject in either in state board or CBSE. In state board you can take PCB as main subject and add mathematics as additional subject or you can take pcmb in cbse as your subjects.

Many candidates gives their boards exam by taking pcmb to eligible for both jee mains and neet exam. By choosing one board you will be spare of giving exam of other boards and sometimes dates might also match ups.

So my suggestion as for you just choose one board according to your comfortablity and put choose four subjects in same board and then you can prepare for your respective entrance exam.

Hope this information helps you

All the best

I got 65.6 percentage in cbse boards and 97.11 in jee mains will i nit be able to get admission in nits. And Im a general category

thakurvishesh1 11th Aug, 2022

A good news for you is that due to the COVID pandemic, National Testing Agency has revoked the minimum 75% criteria for the admissions through the Joint Entrance Examination Main, and as a result even you with 65.5% in 12th can take admission into National Institute of Technologies as your JEE percentile is quit high.

I have passed CBSE in 2022 and scored 65%, can I take NIOS to get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs?

Anurag Khanna 12th Aug, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

See for 2022 there is no percentage criteria for this session i.e. 2022-23, So as you have passed class 12th with 65% aggregate so you are definitely eligible for admission to NITs/IIITs/GFTI on the basis of JEE-Main score and in IITs on the basis of JEE-Advance score.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Taken admission in CBSE class 11th and my registration also done there but due to health issues Im not able to join that cbse school so I wrote application to leave the school and join my state board college in same year before Completion of 11th session. This is legal or Illegal?Any Consequences?

sehbakhan475 8th Aug, 2022

Hello student,

Yes, it is completely ok if you feel comfortable in a state board school you can shift again. But you can face difficulties as you have to cover the syllabus that is covered over there and in addition, if the session test were already conducted then they might not allow you to give it again.

Hope this will help. Good luck
