Dear sir I am 2019 student and I pass gate 2019 but my b tech are have 1 back in 8 th semester so please tell i fill Ccmt 2020 appearing
Salim, it depends on when is the supplementary exam due to clear your Backlog. Technically, you should have passed in all subjects atleast at the time of admission or else your seat stands cancelled. But if you have already appeared for the backlog and then you are awaiting the results, then you can appear for counselling by producing a valid proof of document until the pre final semester that you fulfil all the eligibility criteria until pre final semseter.
why available choices are less in CCMT process ? is it because of eligibility criteria ? plz explain
Hi,
CCMT (Centralized Counselling for MTech / MArch/ MPlan) is basically an online counselling process that takes place in order to take admissions into M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan courses offered by various NITs, IIITs, etc.
The available choices during the counselling process might have been cut down due to the eligibility criteria. Each of the institutions seem to have their own eligibility criteria for the admission into their various courses.
This might be the reason as to why you might have less choices during the allotment in the counselling rounds.
Best way to give options in ccmt process

Because of the ongoing pandemic, my college is unable to provide result and marksheet of 7sem .Is 7sem marksheet compulsory for ccmt
Hello Aspirant,
Before answering to the question you should be familiar with the eligibility criteria for CCMT 2020 decided by MNIT Jaipur :-
- Candidates should have secured a valid GATE score in year 2018/2019/2020.
- You should score at least 60% marks in your qualifying degree if you belongs to OC/OB and 55% if you belongs to SC/ST/Pwd.
- If your result is awaited than you will be given provisional admission.
So according to these eligibility norms you should have a valid degree which comprises of marks as discussed above. Nowadays as we are suffering through critical and alarming circumstances so some relaxations will be given after the situation beacomes normal.

hi,
see at this score you have very less chances to secure nits let alone iits, however I would suggest you to go for north east nits like nit harimpur, nit meghalaya, nit silchar, nit arunachal pradesh,

My GATE Score is 388 and 36.35 marks in civil engineering General Category. In CCMT registration payment for the round 1,2,3 if i didnt get the college, will i have to pay registration fee again for the Special Round. And if Yes. In 388 score should i only apply for the Special rounds.
Hello,
Whether or not you are allotted a seat in CCMT counselling if you want to participate in spot round you need to register once again and make fee payment. The fee is as follows
- NSR Registration fee - Rs. 2,500 (General/EWS/OBC), Rs.2000(SC/ST/PWD)
- NSR Participation fee - Rs.40,000(General/EWS/OBC), Rs.10,000( SC/ST/PWD)
With such low score it is difficult to get a seat.
