There are no colleges in India that will only teach you cell biology as their core course & nothing else. You need to take up subjects like Biotechnology, molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry or biology as your honours subject to learn about cell biology in detail. These above mentioned courses incorporates thorough details about cell biology in the syllabus.

Since, you haven't mentioned you want to pursue Bachelor's or Master's, I'm mentioning only undergraduate courses offered by colleges.
