Dear aspirant,
There are many engineering colleges including IITs and NITs offer a degree in ceramic engineering. But outside NITs and IITs it is quite a rare branch. There are not that many reputed colleges except NITs and IITs ; that offer a degree for this branch.
So, you can say it's a quite rare branch. Yet it's job opportunities are quite a few as well. So, it still sometimes may get tough to get placed through here.
Hope you got your answer!
Hello Akash Sharma

So better you take a drop of a year and then again jee advanced if you will be focussed you will definitely get good iit. You may have a look at jee advanced college predictor. https://engineering-careers360-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-college-predictor/amp?usqp=mq331AQLmAGi9Yr-_aWnvhs%3D&_js_v=a2&_gsa=1#referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&share=https%3A%2F%2Fengineering.careers360.com%2Farticles%2Fjee-advanced-college-predictor
