As per my knowledge, no you do not need to refill it in offline mode. Once you've filled your online application your job is done. You just need to keep on checking your emails and admission portal to know if there is any change in the schedule, admit card is released or not and other such queries.

Since the pandemic Universities have gone completely online and they prefer conducting most part of their admission process online.
