Hello Ashish
If you want to various MNC's then please be updated about AMCAT exam as it can fetch you various Interview calls. So people generally say that Amcat is very time consuming but in my opinion it can provide you a decent job if you score good. Companies like Mindtree, Accenture, Reliance Jio, Virtusa have recently recruited 2018 batch from Amcat and I hope the same companies would recruit 2019 batch in latter part of 2019.
Dear Candidate,
I would say no you wouldnt get a seat in civil engineering with that rank because they only accept 36 students into this branch through the PESSAT quota but you might want to try you're luck in the second round of counseling.
ALL THE BEST!!!
It matters what branch you are opting for because if you want civil it will end up under 110 rank, but if you just want to end up taking admission in gcet without any interest of branches alloted then be under 1000 rank if in general or above 1000 if you have any category and in my estimation 600 rank was of a candidate having 45 marks in total in jkcet. I think it will help youI don't know about the cutoff but in the first round of counseling, mostly people had less than 400 Rank.Civil was having the lowest cutoff. The last intake in first round wae probably Rank 103 or something.Thank you :)With your rank you might get those branches after upgradation.

I hope you are doing well!
Well Jagan as I can see you want to know that the civil department available in the college or not. I would like to inform you that as you have not mentioned the college name it will be difficult for us to answer. I will kindly request you to please complete the question.
Wishing you all the best for your career.
I hope that the answer to the question.
That entirely depends on your perspective.
You can do MTech through GATE.The advantage is getting a placement in IITS/NITS which accepts GATE scores and you can also do jobs in PSU later on if it interests you.
If the idea of higher studies interest you and you are passionate about technology then definitely go for it. The job prospects in areas other areas like academia, research & development and technical fields are also there. If you are good and technically sound, MTech can open up various opportunities for you. There is a also dearth of talent in research and development industry in the government and private sector.
Thank you!
