Hello Arun,
Civil engineering is considered to be the oldest engineering discipline. It deals with planning, designing, constructing, maintaining and operating infrastructures like buildings, roads, bridges, canals, dams, water supply and treatment systems, etc. while protecting the public and environmental health as well as improving existing infrastructure. So B.Tech in civil engineering has it's own significance, own importance.
Here you will learn about :-
If we talk about scope of civil engineering, then it can be understood in two ways, firstly as per the development of infrastructure in India and secondly the type of jobs available for a civil engineer in India.
Hope this helps you.
Good Luck!!
You cannot predict packages so easily.. It all depends on your merit and the skills you possess. The way you impress a particular company, the what you pass their rounds ie the Group Discussion or maybe Personal Interview rounds.. Also your knowledge and skillset matters the most.
People usually prefer to do a job for 2 years atleast in USA and then come back to India and maybe start your own startup. Because you'll be paid higher over there as MS degree matters much higher from where you earned it.
And the rough-tough figure that I can give you as per the analysis, is that you can get a starting package of around 8-12 lakhs per annum in India.
Best wishes. Thank-you.
ms office is a documentation software, not only engineers every candidate who are opting to do a official job should be familiar with it. ms office has wide uses in making excel sheet, presentation, document file building etc. you may do short duration course from youth computer training center, or you may learn from udemy and other youtube videos. niit (national institute of information technology) has certificate courses on ms office and ms excel.
