After 10th pass.. you can do Diploma in Civil Engineering . The course is suitable for you or not depends upon your interest in this field .
Civil Engineering is all about planning ,designing and construction of various public infrastructure .
You can also do B.Tech in civil after 12th pass by appearing in JEE MAIN or state level entrance exams or can get admission direct in 2nd year after diploma through lateral entry exams .
But, if you want to get a job early , then you may choose diploma course in CE .
