Hello,
Congratulations on getting such good college and branch options. I will give you a preference list which will comprise of all these factors:
The preference order you should consider is:
As a branch considering the current scenario and employability status I would suggest going for Chemical than Civil because of the following factors:
I would also like to add here that an engineering course should be very much taken with an interest in the field so I would suggest you to consider that factor and if you are not aware of the branches mentioned look them up on the internet more reliable will be to go through the syllabus on the respective colleges' website. An interest in the field is the key factor in deciding how your 4 years of college will be and what opportunities you will land for yourself.
Good luck, hope it helps!!
You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances to get seat in Civil Engineering in the preferred institute. Here is the previous year cut off for admission to Civil Engineering in KCET round 2 counselling
However, here is the list of few institutes in which you may get seat in Gulbarga and other cities
Cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Hello Aspirant! If you're from general category, with this rank it's impossible for you to get any NIT or IIIT with any branch as the cutoff for NIT's and most probably IIIT's are very high. You need to have a rank under 10000 to get one. You may get your home state NIT if you're from Haryana or Mizoram as their cutoffs are low for general category home state students as compared to other NIT's. You can try in other state level counsellings like JAC Delhi or JAC Chandigarh as chances of getting Civil branch is moderate. Hello Aspirant. I hope you are doing good. You mentioned you belong to OBC-NCL category and that you want to know whether you have any chance to get admission to Civil Engineering at any branch of NIT or IIIT as per your JEE Main 2021 result.
Based on your performance and previous years' cutoff trend, it is less likely for you to get admission to Civil Engineering at any branch of NITs or IIITs or GFTIs.
However you have good chance to grab a seat for Civil Engineering at few Public/Government institutes (at the terminal rounds. if the seats are available) and most of the Private engineering colleges.
Government engineering colleges where you may get chance at terminal rounds are:
and few others...
Private engineering colleges where you may get chance are as follows:
and more...

Hello Ashutosh,
For answering your question I'm listing some key highlights about both the colleges regarding the programme that you're interested in-
1. IIEST Shibpur - Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology-
For Mechanical Engineering-
2. MANIT Bhopal - Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology-
For Civil Engineering-
For Chemical Engineering-
As you can see based on these highlights Chemical Engineering at NIT Bhopal would be a better option in terms of placement but since the seats are less; there's a lot of competition.
Also Mechanical Engineering at IIEST is a good option and offers a decent placement. But again the seats are less.
Rest everything depends on your interest.
