Hello
Which nit are you asking about?
Actually whether you will get nit for civil engineering or not depends upon various factors like :-

-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) performance of different students in the examination,
-----------) the branch you want,

-----------) your rank in jee main
What is your rank?
Anyway,
Let's say you belong to general and if we take the case of nit mizoram which is lower nit then,

Hello Aspirant,
Closing ST ranks of last year were like :-
@Other state quota
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology - Food Technology (6799)
Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar - Mechanical Engineering (6621)
@Home state quota
National Institute of Technology Durgapur - Civil Engineering (13106)
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Civil Engineering (13322)
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
So on such category rank you have almost no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/GFTIs with Civil or any other branch of engineering until and unless you deserve Home state quota for such lower NITs , so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for autonomous government colleges or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
https://learn.careers360.com/jee-main-coaching/?utm_source=%20QnA
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

Good Luck for your future!!
See the campus placements for JNEC isn't good for Civil Engineering. For civil engineering in the session 2018-19 there were 2% placement where as in 2019-20 the placement rate increased and become 3%. SO as you can see in Civil Engineering most of the students in JNEC remains not placed. SO you should take the decision wisely about taking admission to the college. Although if you learn the skills and groom yourself up then you can easily get jobs via off campus interviews. Also learning coding can be highly beneficial if you wish to get jobs. Some of the trending languages are C++, Python, Java etc.
