Hi
Yes, you can definitely do MBA finance. It doesn't matter at all even if you have basic maths in class 10th and applied Maths in 10+2.
This is because,
Maths is not mandatory in any class be it graduation , 12th or 10th .
To be eligible for MBA finance or any mba all you need is a bachelor's degree it doesn't matter whether the bachelor course is BA, BTech or BCom or any other bachelor's degree. Similarly, it doesn't matter what subjects you had in 12th or 10th.
For your reference
CAT eligibility criteria is given below which is the most widely accepted entrance exam for mba:
To be eligible for CAT ,
you need a Bachelor's/graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
you must have got at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in your graduation . SC/ST/PH students need only at least 45 percentage in Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline to be eligible .
Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible for CAT examination.
There is no age restriction to be eligible
It is not mandatory to have work experience to be eligible

You cannot do that because you will become eligible for NEET UG 2022 only as per the documents, so whatever DoB will be there on your proof of Birth, will be considered to determine your eligibility and if you caught providing false information your candidature will be directly cancelled and authorities might ban you from future examinations as well, so this thing can ruin your complete career. So don't follow such malpractices.
Once you will get eligible as per the NEET UG Eligibility criteria then only you can give NEET UG :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.
