I m studying in class 11 , will i be able to write the exam if i register for NDA now ?

piyush263001 11th Jan, 2022

Hello,

Many Students do fill the form in Class XI for NDA/NA Examination, but it is just for testing purpose. Even if you qualify the examination you wouldn't be able to proceed ahead as there are certain eligibility criterias which you wouldn't be fulfilling such as you wouldn't have qualified XII Standard.

------ There are certain eligibility criteria that one has to fulfil to be able to write and afterwards join the National defence academy/Naval Academy or NDA/NA examination.

Academic wise eligibility criteria is-

• Candidates must be 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

----Most of the time age is the deciding factor for eligibility. Now the age wise eligibility criteria is that the candidate must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.

Also for the NDA 2022 examination the DOB of the candidates for the two attempts is as following-

• NDA -1, 2022

DOB Between - 2nd July 2003 to 1st July , 2006

• NDA - 2, 2022

DOB Between- 2nd January , 2004, to 1st January , 2007

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well..

If you wanna a repeat your class 11th exam , it is a wise Decision if you are an jee mains aspirant, it will increase your no of attempts in jee mains, if you are not doing good or wants more time . Jee mains give you 4 attempt  for every 3 consecutive year including appearing in class 12th..

If you not repeat your class 12 , then your jee mains attempt count form this year .

If you repeat your class 12 , then your jee mains attempts count from the upcoming year..

Many of the student takes drop after the class 12th exam for the preparation of jee mains exam..

At the last... Do whats your hearts says..

Hope it's helpful for you..

I Have DELHI domicile. I did my CLASS 11 and 12 from delhi.. So i am eligible for internal delhi 85% state quota as a GENERAL candidate. But i am a SC category student from WEST BENGAL. So my question is will i be considered as an DELHI SC since i am already a part of delhi internal quota .

Sanjali Shukla 15th Feb, 2022

Hii,

Hope you are well.

No, you will only be included in 85% quota in Delhi and will not be  included as in SC category, vice versa you will be considered as SC in West Bengal and your 85% quota will not be valid in West Bengal.

Hope it helps.

Thanks.

how to solve irodov physics is it benificial for class 11 students

piyush263001 2nd Jan, 2022

Hello,

IRODOV Physics is one of the highly recommend books for aspirant of JEE Advanced Examination.

If your study is limited to Your Class XI preparation then honestly you can skip the book .

The book is used by aspirants to prepare for JEE Advanced Examination that offers admission to India's prestigious engineering Institutions - IITs or Indian Institute of Technology.

The book though very small and having limited number of pages compared to other books for the same examination has very tough questions and contains questions involving multiple concepts from different chapters. Since the JEE advanced tests student's very meticulously, aspirants resort to this book for getting a good hood at such difficult question.

Further it is advisable that you read HC Verma. This particular book will help you understand even the basic concepts of physics along with preparing one for JEE Mains and Advanced Examination.

I hope you find the answer helpful.

Thank you.

hi , I am in class 11 and preparing for iitjee 2023 , I am going to enroll in mohit tyagi sir competishun batch ( prakhar integrated 2) but I want to know that is competishun is good for iitjee or not , what are advantages or disadvantages of enrolling there.

masteranshu27 2nd Jan, 2022
Yes, Competishun (by Mohit Tyagi Sir) is definitely a good platform which you can use for JEE Mains and Advanced Preparation.

Pros -

  • Very well experienced faculties, so you won't face any issue in understanding a chapter
  • Subjects are taught at a pace, which is graspable even for average students
  • Course validity will last till completion of JEE Advanced Examination, wont expire before

Cons -

  • Classes are recorded, noone will check if you are watching them on a daily basis in a disciplined manner, so needs a lot of self motivation to complete full syllabus
  • Doubt clearing is not upto that mark

However, you can also use Careers360 Platform to prepare for JEE Mains Online which will give you benefits like AI Learning, Personalized Timetables, Mock Tests, 24x7 Doubt Support, etc at affordable rates. You can check out this link for the same - Careers360 JEE Main Solution: Complete Preparation and Study Materials for Students

What makes Careers360 a slightly better platform is its AI Learning, well structured timetable for the aspirants as per their needs and, most importantly, 24x7 Doubt Support .

As NEET 2022 is only a few months away, how should i study as a class 12th student so as to cover both class 11 and class 12 syllabus? I have covered class 11 and 60% of class 12 already but I am not very confident over it.

maaztauquir24 30th Dec, 2021

Hi reader ,

NEET exam can be conquered with a smart planning and efficient use of resources.

As you mentioned that you have already covered 60% of your syllabus of class 12th , you should focus on completing the rest of 40% with the approach of concept building. This will help you in two ways. Firstly you will be able to cover your syllabus for term 2 board exams and also your neet syllabus.

now since you have covered your 11th completely thats a very great thing.

you mentioned that you are not very confident in them but do not worry you will require some quick brushup to remember them again.

now all three subjects should have different approach.

for biology , as there is a saying that ncert is the bible so do as many reading of it as much possible. Also try to derive questions from the text you read so that it will help you in active recalling of the datas. You can use ANKI app for revising stuufs which you tend to forget easily. revision alongwith ncert oriented practice is the key for biology.

for physics your 1st focus should be on concept building and then practicing . If you start practicing before you have a strong base , that will do no good to you. and instead will demotivate you to the core. the correct approch should be wach lectures , revise notes , derive short notes and then do extensive practice. during the revision mode, revise the short notes you made and practice questions and note the mistakes which you are commiting regularly in your short notes.

chemistry has three parts and each one has different approach. physical chemistry is similar to physics and hence the method should be similar to what was there in physics. Inorganic is like biology so sticking exensively to ncert and making concise notes is the key here. organic requires concept building in stuffs like reaction mechanism and reading of ncert thoroughly for name reactions and chapters like polymer , biomolecules etc.

list out your weak topics and effectively work on them. make short notes give regular mock tests and analyze them.

i hope this answer helps you.

thank you
