Hope you are doing great ! I think dummy school will not be a correct option because if we see JEE history then we find a lot of students who managed JEE and even crack it with a good rank with their schooling ,so you don't need to worry firstly finish the syllabus which is in class 11 and then come to 12. So you just need to beleive in yourself.

Do not study two subjects or more than two chapters in a day, instead make a weekly schedule along with dedicated hours. Give 2 – 3 hours to each chapter or subject. You can also divide the subjects into weeks and clear all backlogs subject-wise. As you are in class 11th 2-3 hours of study daily will clear your backlogs.

You don't need to take maths as your core subject in order to get admission in  BSc in physiology . For this stream you should pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects studied at an intermediate level. Some reputed colleges and institutes demand a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this degree course.

As per my opinion,  you must attend regular school for preparing well and cracking the competitive  entrance exam .

I just want to clear your confusion ,as that is a dummy school so you can join it anytime ,I mean to say that before your class 11 or after completion of your class 11 but please contact first your concerned authorities in your main school before shifting there ,also I want to suggest you a thing that there are many students who crack jee with their class 12 so you should do manage the things , don't run from the hard situation ,stay there and do struggle only then success will reach till you!
