4. The personal details that you had submitted in phase 1 of NEET application form will appear on the screen.
5. Edit the details in NEET phase 1 registration whichever is required, if not required then proceed.
6. Now fill the NEET 2nd phase application form - educational, subjects-wise marks, parents income details and whatever details required.
7. After entering the Security pin mentioned on the Screen click on the submit button.

Just wait till the window will be open for the correction and if they don't open so you can't edit that and your candidature will be rejected and it will waste your whole chance of that exam. So it will be more better if you try to fill another form for the different exam ore just wait for the year.

You can still complete filling the form without those details hence leave those spaces blank. Its not a required field so you can skip it. Fill the other details carefully and submit it only when you are sure of everything as they might not give another chance to correct it. Download the application form and admit card and keep few copies of printout with you as students have a tendency to lose or misplace it and you may need it further.
