Class 12 exam
Yeah! You can obviously sit for the JEE MAINS examination after qualifying the Polytechnic, but you should keep in mind that you won't be able to take admission in NIT / CFTI / IIIT, only you can be able to take the admission in IIT via JEE Advance.
Its better for you to appear for the lateral entry examination as well.

Hello Aspirant,
As per the JEE-Main eligibility criterion discussed below, you are not eligible for JEE-Main 2022 because you were only allowed to appear for JEE-Main 2019, 2020 and 2021 as you had appeared very first time for class 12th in 2019 so it will be considered as your passing year and eligibility is counted from passing year.
JEE-Main eligibility criteria :-
1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.
2--- Qualifying Examination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from any of the recognized central or state board.
3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, would be eligible to appear .

Hello aspirant
You should fill code 2 if you have passed and results are out.
NEET 2021 examination code 2:
Above is the explanation who can fill the code 2. So you are also applicable for code 2 as you have passed the 12th exam.
All the best
Hi aspirant,
If you have applied for the improvement examination and did not appeared for the same you will be marked absent for the examination. This will result in no changes to your scores that were allotted through the internal assessment criterias. However if you you were given compartment it was compulsory for you to appear or else you would be retained in same class for one more year.
Hope it helps!!
Unfortunately, now you cannot appear for JEE-Advance 2021 because your passing year will be considered as 2019 and according to the rules you was only eligible for JEE-Advance 2019 and 2020 and that too only if you have secured 75% in class 12th boards and also qualified JEE-Main then but now for this year even JEE-Main's last attempt is remaining only and with 2019 passing year you would not be eligible for further JEE-Main from now onwards, so if you have registered yourself for JEE-Main 2021 upcoming attempt then this would be the last attempt of yours for JEE-Main.
