Coding
Hello student, prior knowledge of coding is not mandatory for admission into computer science engineering if you've prior knowledge then it's a plus point but even if you Don't have prior knowledge of coding you need not to worry as you'll get the knowledge of coding from the very basic in college. So yes you can choose computer science engineering without any doubt if you're interested in it. Computer science engineering is one of the top tier branch and the demand of Computer science engineer graduate are more in comparison of other engineer graduate.
Feel free to comment if you've any doubt
Good luck
Dear Aspirant,
the exam pattern for TSPGCET Examination consists of two sections, the first section being mathematics and the second section being the subject chosen by the candidate appearing for the examination.
Hence if you choose a subject of computer science or subjects related to computer science, then you can expect questions based on coding in the question paper.

Hello Techy
ICE branch is good for students who want to exposure in many fields like computers , finance and management.
Also students from ICE , get placed in top IT companies.
If you want pursue coding, you can do it with ICE branch also.
But ECAM is electronics with AI/ML then you will have to work in pure coding environment, so this will give you better chance of getting exposure in coding and tech industry.
So if want to go in coding, you can take admission in ECAM at NSUT.
I hope it helps,
Best of luck.
Hello,
After completing your 10+2 level give competitive exams like JEE main, JEE Advanced and others for admissions in engineering colleges. Then take Computer Science and Engineering course which will help you alot for your future ambition. Here is the list of top colleges for CSE course

So firstly as a fellow learner of programming language I must tell you coding needs a proper timings and practice to master them. You need yo practice everyday different things in order to become a good programmer.Generally, it takes about 3 to 6 months to learn the basics of coding. You can learn coding faster or slower depending on your pace.
For example, programming 1 hour per day every day consistently is much better than thinking you will get in 8 hours every week or so. You can scale those numbers as appropriate. For example if you work or study during the day, you could try programming for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.
Now your gate preparation can go hand in hand if you are good student who like persistent and consistency.
Gate exam consists of questions from engineering level so you need to focus on college lectures so that you don't have study extra.
Do it daily don't take holidays in between.
So give more hours to gate exam preparation and less to coding balance them .
And remember to stay healthy.
All the best!!!
Hi,
Almost all of the engineering courses already have basic level of programming languages like C and C++ as a part of their syllabus and DTU is no exception for this and B.Tech ECE does inlude a basic programming fundamental course. Apart from this if you want to go for higher level of programming you can opt for several online courses that are free of cost.
For B.Tech ECE syllabus for DTU you can refer to this link:http://dtu.ac.in/Web/Academics/syllabus/schemes/Electronics%20and%20Communication%20Engineering%20(EC)_21.03.18.pdf
I hope this helped you.
