The minimum marks required to secure a seat in government college for BAMS is 450+ for general category. The cut off is slightly lower in private colleges. The chances of getting a seat in All India Counselling is slightly less. But, there are chances of you securing a seat in state counselling. You can check on the college predictor to find a suitable college.

Both the Colleges which you are interested are in the better position in Andhra Pradesh. But, SRKR Engineering College is a bit better than Sona engineering college as SRKR has got good facilities, faculty, pass percentage and also infrastructure and best hostels as well.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as your father name is different in both documents so you are requested to change the one and make it the same otherwise it will create a major problem at the time of college or university counselling or admissions as each and every documents are verified at the time of admissions.

The JEE Main form for NIT admissions was available till May 24, 2020 . In order to fill-up the form, candidates have to do Registration.
The admission process of NITs is done through JEE Main counselling conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). Candidates shortlisted for the counselling process on the basis of merit list are required to register online in order to participate in the process.

At the time of allotment your long memo will not be more required or requested by the website but after the allotment you will get a college they will ask about the certificate or the long memo to submit them. If you are lack with it please consult your school principal they will give your certificate.
