College admission
Hello candidate,
There is no such college which provides free admission to candidates for their whole academic course program. There might be free concessions and scholarships provided by the college for the meritorious and financially weak students, but full fee concession is not provided in most of the colleges. Here is a list of some of the colleges which you might get if you have scored 50 percentile- Seacom Skills University, Accurate Institute of Management and Technology Noida, Terna Engineering College, Pallavi Engineering College, RK University, Geeta Engineering College, United college of engineering, Ashok group of Institutions, Gandhi Engineering College, Mansarovar Global University, Centurion University, are some of them.
Hope you found it helpful. If you have any further queries feel free to post it here!!
Hi
This is difficult to make prediction as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
******* number of students/ candidates that appeared in the jee main exam,
******* number of available seats,
******* performance of different students in the examination,
******* the branch you want,

But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then

Hello Aspirant!!
Please be little specific about which college you are talking about?
It would be easy for us to answer your query, if you have specified the name of the college.
As you are an engineering aspirant from Karnataka, the admissions for many of the colleges have started.
Feel free to comment the name of the college and know the admission process of the college.
Best of luck!!
Hello,
Looking at the scenario that you have mentioned, there is one thing that you can do now. Try to contact the college , tell them the problem you are facing and ask them if they can solve this. You can also suggest them that you can do the procedure of application form filling through offline mode also if your current problem could not be solved.
Hope this helps.
All the best!!

I am sorry to say but 40 percentile is too low. Assuming you are general category your rank should be around 371,782 to 457,626. The cutoff for jee mains general category is 88- 95. With this score you won't be able to appear for jee advanced.

Dear aspirant
The last keam rank to admittted in a government medical college in 2020 was 962 at manjeri medical college. The range of this rank all india rank will be 8k to 10k so to get a rank in this this range you should get a mark about 600 above. There is no government controlled self financing college now in kerala, the govt controlled self financing medical college kannur has been came under government college in 2020.
hello aspirant,
According to https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor, 257 percentile would fetch you a percentile around 99.89-99.97 and a rank around 1023-1150
As of now its tough to say where exactly you can fetch seat because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam, difficulty level of paper etc.based on your rank you have decent chances to fetch seat in the top government colleges like like nits,iiits-nit silchar, nit trichy, nit warangal, nit bhopal and almost all other nits and iiits you can have fair chances to fetch seat in top branches like cse ,ece,it etc .you can get closing rank for josaa official website: https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Yes, you can get the college with this percentage.
If you want to get admission to engineering colleges then you'll have to give entrance exams like JEE, CET, BITSAT. The minimum percentage required to get admission is 45% in 12th std.
If you want to get admission to medical college for MBBS, B.H.M.S, BDS, BPT etc you need to appear for NEET.
If you want to get admission in B.Sc, BMS, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com you can get it based on your 12th std score no need to appear for any entrance. The various college offers admission based on 12th score only.
