Dr Ambedkar College Nagpur, is one of the oldest general degree college in Nagpur, Maharashtra.This college offers different courses on science,arts and commerce.It is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.The last date to fill the application form was August 1,2021.But you can fill the application with the prior permission of the Honourable VC till September 1,2021.

Their is on course which is of three years name(bachelors of computer application) which you can persue to get a job as a software developer. No, you cannot use your brother's or anyone else's EWS certificate.
This is because,
Your brother's EWS certificate has your brother's details like his name etc. So, you need to get your own EWS certificate made. Also, it doesn't matter even if you are less than 18 years right now, you can still get EWS certificate made , it is not necessy to be 18 years old for EWS certificate.
