No you cannot use your 2021 JEE Main results for JEE Main 2022 counseling. The JEE Main results are valid only for one year. It cannot be used for next year. To participate in JoSAA 2022 candidates are required to qualify JEE Main 2022 or JEE Advanced 2022 to participate in JoSAA counselling 2022. 2021 score are not valid for 2022 counselling. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the detailed JoSAA 2022 counselling schedule at josaa.nic.in. According to the COMEDK 2022 rank mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances in any of the college with any branch through counselling because if we go through the cut-offs of last round of 2021 then it shows that closing GM was around 44k.
