Satvik 12th Oct, 2024

Hi

hope you doing well

While having score of an 83.5 percentile in JEE Mains, you have several options for admission to engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh . Here are some colleges where you may have a chance to get admission:

From AKTU:

  • Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Lucknow
  • Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow
  • Hindustan College of Science and Technology, Mathura

From GBTU:

  • Rajkiya Engineering College, Azamgarh
  • Saraswati Institute of Technology, Shahjahanpur

some other private Colleges:

  • Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology
  • Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET)
  • Jaypee Institute of Information Technology

I would suggest you to be sure to participate in the UP State Counseling process, which considers JEE Main scores for admissions.

Review previous years' cutoffs for the colleges you're interested in to gauge your chances better.

Could you please recommend few colleges that provides Bachelor of education (B.ed) in Commerece stream

Rishitha 17th Feb, 2024

B.ed often covers a range of subjects related to teaching, including the methods of teaching commerce subjects, there aren't typically B.ed programs specifically tailored exclusively for commerce graduates. However various universities and colleges in india offers B.ed programs where you can specialize or take elective courses related to commerce subjects.

Here are few universities known for their B.ed programs:

  1. University of Delhi
  2. Jamia Millia Islamia,New Delhi.
  3. Punjab University
  4. Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi
  5. Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala
  6. Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh

These are just a few examples, and there are many other Universities and colleges across India that offer B.ed Programs where you can explore opportunities to focus on commerce subjects.

Make sure to research the specific curriculum, elective courses, and opportunities for specialization offered by each institution to find the one that best fits your interests and goals.

Nit colleges for 82.82 percentile

Devyani Prakash 15th Feb, 2024

Based on your percentile, it will be difficult to get a good NIT or any other college for that matter through the JoSAA counselling.

However, you do have the option of getting into colleges through state counselling and university counselling, for example, Maharashtra counselling will open up your options such as Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai, Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai, Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune, and many more.

I also suggest that you sit for the second attempt of JEE Mains since you will get a chance to improve your score.

jee mains 65 parsantile any colleges seat vastundha

Hritik.maheshwari 15th Feb, 2024

At this percentile your overall rank will be in the range of 358050 - 402500.

Talking about the chances, you will be having tough chance to get a seat through JoSAA Counselling.

Still you do have another chance to score better in session 2. also suggesting you to go for more exams, so that you will be having a more options at the time of admission.

Thanks
