I got 96 bfs (excluding math) in my 12th, commerce stream and I want to get into a good college in du. What is my possibility of getting into one this year? Also, my bfs including math is 92 and Im looking for ba (Hons) economics.
Hello dear aspirant
Hope you’re doing well
B.A hons economic considers best four percentage including maths i guess, and Considering you are from general category as you have not mentioned otherwise,
92% is pretty less to get you a seat in DU in the first 2-3 cut off lists. Because the cut off of economic hons is usually very high.
Keep looking in all the cut offs. Also focus more on off campus colleges. Because off campus colleges have slightly less cut off.
You can also use the university of Delhi college predictor tool. I am attaching the link below
Hope this helps
All the best for your future

can i do b.ed directly after passing 12th from commerce stream ?
Hello,
After the 12th you can apply for a B.ed course just like any other graduation course. NCERT is providing a chance to do B.ed after 12th std from any stream.
The course offered is for 4 years, you need to apply for CEE(common entrance test). Your 12th percentage must be a minimum of 60% to be eligible for CEE.
Through CEE you can apply for courses like integrated B.ed course.B.ed for 2 years and MSc.Ed course.
For integrated course student must have 60% marks in 12th class for 2 years B. Ed and MSc.Ed students must have 60% marks in graduation.
The CEE merit is based on 80% marks of the entrance exam and 20% marks of 12th std/graduation.

Hello,
Indeed, Information Technology is a subject that focuses on the topic of information technology and was devised keeping Commerce students in mind. Graduates who have completed a B.Com. IT programme may pursue a postgraduate IT programme.
Despite the fact that B.Sc. IT is considered a Science stream subject, several colleges also accept Commerce stream students.

Sir,I passed my 12th from commerce stream and i took admission in fybcom now i want to take admission in bca. what documents required for admission. my admission is in pune University if i change my university then what document required for it plz tell me about that.
Hi, so basically the following documents are needed for admitting in any college. Just keep all the documents with you.
- Certificates of all examination since highschool onwards and domicile certificate.
- Category/Subcategory certificate, in case of availing reservation of any kind.
- Transfer certificate/ Migration certificate (These certificates might be required as original).
- Character certificate as issued by the principal/ head of the college last attended (required as original)
- Affidavit on stamp paper, for gap period if any
These are the major documents that you should keep with you. And if any other document is needed the college will inform you. However these documents are sufficient for the admission.
Hope this is helpful.
how much % will be deducted if i want to pursue B.A. hindi hons in graduation with commerce background(without hindi as a main subject in class 12th )????
Hi,
Since you have not mentioned the name of any college or any university, I am assuming you are talking about Delhi University as you are talking about deduction of marks. If you have not studied Hindi as one of the core subjects in 12th boards then you will not be eligible to apply for studying BA Honours degree in Hindi.
