Yes , choosing CUCET /CUET as an Backup option for JEE will be a very good Idea as you will have option to join some of the best colleges of India after qualifying CUCET such as Hindu college , Hansraj college etc .

Also having a backup option will reduce your stress and completely solve any last minute admission problems , also Some of the syllabus of CUCET(fir science courses) will be same as JEE but easier and it will be very easy for you to clear this exam .

For the purpose of this course, you can either get direct admission into the college, or else you can get admission through entrance exams as well. CUCET Application correction will be started in May/ June 2022. After the completion of registration process, authority will provide correction facility however correction facility is not applicable on every data. If candidates commit any mistakes in the application form, they can correct it from the applicant login window.

Corrections facility will be done after the end of application process . Corrections will be done via online mode only. Candidates are advised to make corrections within the stipulated time period. Exam authority does not provide any correction facility after the correction date.

If you are enquiring about Central University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) 2022 also known as CUET then the eligibility criteria for admission to B.Com (//B.Com) (Hons) is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board. A candidate belonging to general category must score minimum 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 and the candidates belonging to SC/ST/EWS/OBC/PwD category must score minimum 45% aggregate marks. Considering the eligibility criteria you are eligible to apply for CUET 2022 even if you are from Commerce stream but you must score the required percentage as mentioned above.
