When compared to all colleges and all branches, the branch you've mentioned is having good placements and also if you're interested in it. Definitely, you'll get into good one. My choice is you to get into IIT'S/NIT'S but if there's no scope better to go join in private universities.

It's good to opt EE in gate now. Almost you've used your 4 years of time in that and my choice is you to opt ee then you can do so cs courses. It'll be good. And if you're really interested in cs then go for that, don't wait to long.
