• First of all dont be afraid to make mistakes : You are learning a new language and you are bound to make mistakes at initial stage. At first your goal is to deliver a message, not perfect grammar and vocabulary . Even native English speakers make mistakes. So , don't worry about mistakes and always speak in English, it doesn't matter even if it is in bits and pieces. You can even practice speaking English in front of a mirror

• Listen : The more you hear, the easier it will be for you to use new key expressions and words in an English conversation.

• Read :- Read English newspapers , magazines or a novel of your choice, you will learn new words and how to use them in a sentence as well.

• Practice speaking in front of a mirror

• Watch English movies and serials :- It is very good way to learn English , it has an additional benefit that you get to learn native accents and pronunciation.

• Don't  lose hope as learning English or any language is slow process and you grow in it step by step don't give up and keep me on movie and the will be soon good at English

see there is many online spoken english courses available in you tube and other platform like udemy, udacity etc, but there is less courses which offers interactive sessions, however you may join coursera spoken english professional course which can be done in online , Speak English Professionally: In person, Online and On the Phone offers by georgia tech, according to students review it helped them to build strong communication and presentation skill.
