Hello Gauri,The scope for ACCA in India is growing at a tremendous pace. ACCA members are securing professional jobs all across the countries in companies such as EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, Grant Thornton, BDO, Accenture, McKinsey, Tata, Barclay's, Standard Chartered, etc.Profiles for ACCA members in India include Accounting Advisory, Risk Advisory, Corporate Finance, Audit and Assurance, Internal Audit, Taxation, Investment Advisory, etcDIFFERENCE:the courses mentioned have very less overlap ; further while CS deals with Indian laws and procedures, ACCA being an international course won't gel with it.
Hello Janhvi,The Company Secretary course can not be pursued just after 10th. The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for the course is +2, from a recognized board of studies. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in any stream, except fine arts, can enroll directly for the Executive Program. Opt for commerce stream and work hard to achieve good results in 12th. Once you are done with your 12th you may register with ICSI and can complete ICSI course. I would suggest concentrate on class 11 and 12 currently and try to build good foundation for ICSI course. Am sure if you keep it simple, one day you will be a CS.

Dear Aspirant,
The course and syllabus that is studied over by a CS in India is very country specific. The information studied, the laws learnt are all in accordance to the Indian system. Every country has its own set of laws, corporate laws, taxation laws, etc. These laws are not universal i.e. they are not same for every country in the world. Thus, whatever a CS studies in India (native nation) would be irrelavant in Abroad. That's why it is tough for a CS to get a job abroad.
If a CS aspires to get a job in Abroad, he/she will have to clear certain papers through the medium of examinations. He/she would have to select the country where he/she wants to work in and accordingly study papers related to the system of that country.
There are many flexible job opportunities in the South Asian countries that accepts CS through ceetaic entrance like examinations. Good luck!
