Satakchi sinha 30th Jan, 2018
It depends on your choice which field you want to choose. All the three are very good and have wide scope.
CS course generally deals with corporate law.
CWA course basically deals with cost accounting.
CMA course deals with cost and management accounting.
So final decision is yours in which field you want to go.

I have taken inter with cec group.I have a goal to become company Secretary. pleaze guide me what to do

NAMRATA 29th Dec, 2017

Hello Venkatesh!

I am glad to see your interest in a glorious profession like Company Secretary.

First of all, as you have taken CEC group, you have two options available to pursue the Company Secretaryship as a career.

Generally, Company Secretary (CS) course consists of three steps - Foundation Course, Executive Course and Professional Course.

If you want to pursue this CS course direcrly after 12th, then you have to start from Foundation Course. If you want to get graduation degree at first, and then you want to pursue it, in that case you have start directly from Executive Course. Choice yours.

After completing Executive Course, you have to go for a 15 months articleship (training) programme and afterthat you can apply for the final step of CS- Professional programme.

I would suggest you to pursue your CS Course from ICSI. Please check their official website for fees and examination details :-

Hope this answer helps you.
