Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you there is not much difference in B.C.A and B.SC degree almost subjects are same but in B.SC you need to study some theoretical subjects like Physics etc but in B.C.A you need not to study the same. B.C.A is somewhat industry or I.T field oriented but B.SC is towards theoretical or research part. And the key difference between both is that B.SC computer application is mainly core oriented course it will help you to learn very fast and quickly whereas in B.C.A it is totally application oriented it will help you to learn about current technologies. And getting job is much more easier in B.C.A .

I would advise you to persue masters first and gain some exposure through internships and then look for jobs
