in thapar institute of engineering should i prefer computer science and business systems or computer engineering?

As per your query ,

If you are more inclined and enthusiastic about studying only computers, CSE is the better choice . Otherwise, COE is also a good choice for overall development and knowledge. Both the courses have the same scope and placements in Thapar.

As far as the college records, placements and students reviews are concerned, Computer Science is the most demanding branch of THAPAR University, Patiala.

But only self hard work can fetch it, not by relying on teachers. From the placements point of view Many top companies, like De Shaw, Microsoft, and Apple, visited our campus. The highest salary package offered was 43 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 11 LPA.

Dear Student,

for choosing a suitable college for you for your Under graduation,

It is most important that you first choose a filed you are interested in, like Engineering, Medical, Business, Hotel Management etc.
Following which delve into the departments which you would want to take in the field
It is also important that you see the endgame, like job opportunities
Make a list of a few colleges you are interested in and rank them based on your priority, keeping in mind if they check all your boxes of preferences
Then look at the admission process for the colleges, like if they have any entrance exam or they take based on merit

which is best for CSE students, Mac laptops or windows laptops?

The operating softwares laptops is mostly dependent on the type of application which the system offers, at the job nature of the client availing the product.

WINDOWS laptop is mostly used for professional uses as it offers a smooth running software better than other softwares in most of the times. MAC laptop, on the other hand can be used as a better gaming and graphics system because of its able response networks.
