B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / B.Arch. with a minimum aggregate mark of 60% or CGPA of 6.5 /10.
Course details
TheProgram duration is two semester of course work (offered in NIT Campus) and one semester of project and follows credit system. Each semester is of approximately of 4 months duration with suitable breaks in accordance to Institute rules. Semesters 1 and 2 are devoted to classroom learning, acquiring hands-on experience in latest software in Construction Management, and learning research techniques and presentation skills.

Sonam after B.arch you will need to give one or more of the MBA exam like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT etc. and then you will need to apply to the various colleges where you can get to do MBA in constructional management and then after going through the whole procedure (which is pretty long and difficult for every good MBA college) you can get the seat to do constructional management.
