I got 1482 ST category rank in JEE main 2020.Do I get chemical engineering at NIT Trichy till last round of Josaa or in CSAB special round(I Belong to Other state quota)

According to previous year last round cutoffs the closing rank of Chemical Engineering in NIT TRICHY is 916 and in Round 1 of CSAB special counseling is 91808.Hence it would be impossible for you to get admission through Round 7 of JoSSA but you can easily get admission in NIT TRICHY through CSAB Special counseling.

As you have secured 11710 rank from SC category and 212780 ranks from your general category in JEE Mains 2020, then there is no chance that you can get any NIT or any other good IIIT.
Because for getting a seat in SC category your rank must lie within under 5000 rank and from general category it should be under 30000.
Now if you want a seat in SVNIT Surat then in jossa all rounds counselling you will not get any seat but there is a chance that you might get 5 year integrated course in chemistry from SVNIT Surat in CSAB counselling.
As per the last year cutoff closing ranks during the round 2 of CSAB counselling there was a chance that with this much CRL rank one can get 5 year integrated course for chemistry. But this year there is no surety that the seats will remain vacant.
If you want to try your luck then you can go for it because in CSAB counselling chances of getting seats are increased, if the seats are vacant. If the seats remain vacant then yes, there might be a chance that you can get 5 year integrated course in chemistry this year in SVNIT Surat.

Please mention your rank and category without which one can't predict anything. To get ECE at Jaipur/Allahabad you need to have rank of <7000 in Jee mains.

can I get metallurgy branch in special round csab councilling, in top 10 nits with 35k OBCNCL rank? Because last time 107 seats vacant in nit rourkela, so can I get them?? I only need any nit with even poor branch according to my rank.

According to previous year cutoff of various Nits you are not eligible to get any branch in any Nit college. Your abc rank i.e. around 35k is not enough to any seat in any Nit in csab counseling. Nits are prestigious institutes of India which requires good rank holder.

Do I have to pay both seat acceptance fee and partial admission fee in josaa? I will not be taking part in csab counseling.
Hi,
See, partial admission fee is different from seat acceptance fee. In 1st round during JoSAA counselling, suppose you are allotted a seat in a branch in some institution, and you want to choose float (upgrade it) and go for the next round - then also you will have to accept this seat first by paying the Seat Acceptance Fee. Then only you will move on to next round.
Now, by any chance if you want to retain this seat which was alotted to you (freeze it) that means, take admission in that college and not go for the next round - then only you will have to pay the Partial Admission Fee.

The schedule for CSAB 2022 is not yet released, it will start after JoSAA counselling concludes. JoSAA 2022 counselling concludes in October, 2022 tentatively. So CSAB 2022 counselling may start in November, 2022. Please wait until there is an official announcement regarding CSAB 2022 counselling. Congratulations, you have secured a good rank. As per your rank it will be little difficult to get high demanding branches like CSE, IT, ECE etc in top NITs, IIITs.
Cutoff keeps changing year to year. Keep in mind that your chances to grab a seat will vary on the following basis:
- Number of seats available
- Number of students applied for the same branch
- Performance of the students
- The category you belong to etc.
