But it also depends upon multiple parameters like seat availability at college, no. of students applied for branch, AP EAMCET score, IPE score and previous years cutoff trends as well.

So, seeing your category and rank details, it is very difficult for you to get CSE branch with a rank of 27k. Since for CSE branch college, cutoffs are usually higher.

Hello there,

Every Departments are good, but Placement opportunities in each departments are different.

IT is a part of Computer Science Engineering where you will read about mostly Hardware specification but in C.S.E you will read both Hardware And  Software.

Whereas ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components communicate with each other. It has more Physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much.

If you see the ground zero reality all are similar it completely based  on your interest and knowledge.

Apparently CS has better package than EC or IT, though EC is called "EVERGREEN" branch.

So, choose a branch acccording to your field of interest.
