In which who is best courses.... Dairy technology or food technology? Please help me.

Shebinsha P K 24th Aug, 2020

Hi there,

Both Dairy Technology and Food Technology have their own values and privileges. The main thing about choosing a course is largely depend on our aptitude. Dairy Technology comprises of the study of milk and milk products (their chemistry, technology, microbiology, engineering etc). But in the case of food technology, we focus on every food sources and systems (like cereals, meat, fish, dairy etc).

Dairy technology is more a specialised course whereas food technology is broader course. If you wanna stick with dairy sector only, then Dairy technology will be the best course for you or else food technology has a advantage of being a broader course compared to dairy.

Who is best B tech dairy technology or Bsc dairy technology?

Ankita 4th Jun, 2019
Hello Sonu
The course you have mentioned is available in very limited colleges and universities.
So, if you are getting B.tech in your desired course, it is better to go with that because at the end of those 4 years , you would have more options in your hand as compared to B.Sc
So, I would suggest you to go for B.Tech because it will save a lot more efforts for you.
Good luck
