Data Science
People and companies who gather and analyse a large amount of data and use it to make business decisions are interested in Data Science. Any company may benefit from a large amount of data, but only if it is processed effectively. After the advent of big data, the storage requirements skyrocketed. This important data was stored on state-of-the-art infrastructure prior to 2010, where it would subsequently be used to extract business insights. The attention has switched to processing this Data now that frameworks like Hadoop have taken care of the storage component. If I may suggest, you may enroll in an online Advanced PGP in Data Science and Machine Learning (Full-Time). You may now do it online via a variety of reputable providers, such as LinkedIn Learning, SimpliLearn, and the National Institute of Information Technology, to name a few. I would suggest NIIT because of their outstanding reputation. There are frequent updates to their courses so that they are up to date with current advances in the business. Their knowledgeable academicians give in-depth education on topics such as Python programming, Linux setup and configuration, and many more topics.

Hope you are doing good.
Both the branches have equal opportunities. Both the branches have many common subjects there are only some subjects different in from CSE and CSE with Data science.
There will be some more opportunities for Data science for the roles of Data engineer, Data analyst, etc...
And there are opportunities for CSE for the roles of full stack developer, Java developer, etc...
Both the branches have good placements but the roles are differ in these branches. Data science students are also eligible for the placements of CSE as the subjects of CSE also studied by Data science students
All the best ..

Nothing beats PGP courses for getting to the heart of a subject and gaining a thorough grasp of it. Many educational institutions and training facilities provide courses in this topic. In other words, obtaining a PGP is easier via a school than it is through a private course provider. As a result, I decided to go with NIIT instead of Coursera or Udemy to master data science and analytics. Courses are comprehensive and easy to take, and industry experts are on hand to give guidance throughout the duration of the program. You'll be able to put your new abilities to use in the real world through hands-on learning. Additionally, they have dedicated mentors who are committed to helping students reach their objectives in a disciplined program. They are guaranteed a job after finishing the program.
