Well, I'm sharing the cut off details of previous year DCET for some Top colleges in Bangalore for CSE [in Open category] after 1st round :

But .. let me remind you that the cut off may vary each year due to some unavoidable factors like seat capacity, Toughness level of the exam, No of candidates appeared for the exam etc.

Since you have not mentioned your category and other relevant details, it is little difficult to predict precisely whether you will get any government colleges or not.
However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends, you have some chance to get a seat in PES University, SIT, BNM colleges and some other decent to low colleges.

As per the eligibility criteria of DCET test
Candidates must have passed diploma or equivalent exam from a recognized institution with minimum 45% Mark's in 5th and 6th semester combined .
Sc/st - candidates with 40 %
So your 10th Mark's card of any state doesn't matter !

If you want to edit or delete the options ehiwh you have done in the first round you need to do it before 2nd counseling starts. Once the 1st counseling results are declared you cannot do any edit or delete any of the changes / options. So if you have applied in the 2nd counseling or results are declared your 1st round application will be deleted.

Karnataka Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) is a state-level entrance test conducted every year by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Through the test, the candidates are shortlisted for admission to 2nd-year UG Engineering programs and 1st-year UG Architecture programs at various institutions of Karnataka. however in official website application portal is closed and has no options of login. I would suggest you to contact with helpline number to ask for challan download options:

To download the challan in DCET, you have to login to the official website and open your application form. From the official website, take the printout of the challan format. Go to the nearest bank and pay the required amount. From the bank, collect the receipt of the challan.

Though you have applied for rural quota for DECT exam and don't have the certificate, then you wont be eligible to take part in the counselling. If you have applied the quota but fail to show the necessary documents so as to prove for eligibility of getting the reservation, then the officials will reject your quota application. So make sure you have the necessary documents to prove for getting the quota.
