what i can get with 53 marks. can i get chance for drdo interview

Jayasurya Reddy 6th Mar, 2019
Take any NIT or government college, keep having consideration at each round of CCMT counseling, make a sensible choice while filling schools in counseling. You can proceed your other PSU tests planning while at the same time doing M.Tech and you will be to some degree monetarily autonomous as you'll be getting month to month stipend of 12400Rs. There is likewise grounds position openings in NITs/IITs that you can avail. There are different points of interest like rapid web availability,an aggressive condition and so on.

Above focuses might be substantial for different branches too. Chance of DRDO are low

Good luck !

In case of applying to DRDO can we apply gate 2018 score also or only gate 2019 score will be preferred

Jakka Vamsi Krishna 20th Feb, 2019

Hi Runjhun this is Jakka Vamsi Krishna

Absolutely yes, DRDO accepts either last year's GATE score or present years GATE score. GATE score plays a crucial role in the final selection.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is one of the toughest exams in India. Once if you qualified in GATE it is valued for 2-3 years. You can apply to your post-graduation and apply for DRDO or you can directly apply for DRDO with your graduation degree.

But, in the first case, you can have high chances to be selected for the job because you hold a Masters certificate and have a wide knowledge.

Remember the main thing that GATE score only reserves 80% of weight and the remaining weight is a personal interview.

Can i get opportunity to join ISRO or DRDO from EEE AND ECE Branchs from any uptu ?

M.Chielie 14th Feb, 2019

Let me separately answer your question in two parts.

Yes, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and electronics branches are eligible for ISRO scientists post if you are either in the final year of your B.E/B.Tech in the above mentioned branches or already have a B.E/B.Tech degree in those two branches and one should have a minimum CGPA of 6.84 or 65% and above to be eligible for the jobs in ISRO.

As per ISRO’s requirement Engineering degree holders in the following specialized fields are eligible to apply for the post of Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ Electronics (BE-001):

1. Applied Electronics

2. Communication

3. Electrical Electronics

4. Electronics

5. Electronics & Communication

6. Electronics & power

7. Electronics & Telecommunication

8. Industrial Electronics

9. Power Electronics

10. Telecommunication

11. Instrumentation Technology

12. Instrumentation & Control

13. Electronics & Instrumentation

14. Avionics

As per ISRO’s requirement Engineering degree holders in the following specialized fields are eligible to apply for the post of Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ Electrical BE-005 and BE-008:

1. Electrical

2. Electrical & Electronics

Also, ECE and EEE are also eligible for openings in DRDO as long as one fulfills the eligibility criteria such as minimum age of 21 years and a B.E or B.Tech degree in First class. One can also claim age relaxation for SC/ST and also final year students can also apply.

F or the second part of your questioned ,you have asked about the UPTU and I'm assuming it to be Uttar Pradesh Technical University currently renamed as Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. If so then you are eligible for the ISRO and DRDO jobs as the UPTU provides four year degree of Bachelors in Technology as long as you have the minimum eligibility percentage. If it is not Uttar Pradesh Technical University that you're mentioning then please be specific so that I can help you better.

I want to be a weapons engineer or in the drdo but dont know what step to follow plz help I am running out of time

Ananthu Anil 14th Jan, 2019

The best and easiest way to get into DRDO is as a scientist after your Engineering. After having a B.Tech. Degree, you can apply and attend the DRDO SET exam. The Age limit is 28 years old as well. There is no specific cutoff for the DRDO SET exam because it depends on the number of candidates appearing, no. of candidates passing, etc.
