No, Indian Army doesn't recruit candidates for the PARA SF like Indian Air Force does it for GARUD Commandos. You can only join the PARA SF as an officer once you join the Indian Army.

Selection (encompassing a selection process and basic SF training) - the duration of this stage has changed over the years. For the Para (Air) it was initially 28 days which became 45 days after 1999 and is now 90 days (approximately 3 months).

you need not prepare for army separately if you want to get in the army in technical field,but if you want the job of an army officer in field then you have to prepare for cds,for which you can take help of officers academy Hyderabad,they are an very good institute run by ex army men .

there is nothing to do extra,

the question will be comes from your own departments.

so study your core subjects very carefully,

courses.as part of the suggestion i would adivise you not to waste your degree by joining Indian army after doing B.Tech.but if you are willing then please refer to the emplyment news regularly.

To become a cbi officer you must pass the combined graduate level examination(CGL) conducted by staff selection commission in every year. It is 4 tier examination which includes two online objective type exams and one descriptive type using pen and paper.

After that there is document verification. The eligibility is as follows-

1- To become a sub inspector in cbi your age must be between 20-30 years.

2- Must have a bachelor degree from a recognised university.

The pay scale generally stays under 34k for a sub inspector and for an inspector it is under 45k.
