Abhishek Khurana 22nd Oct, 2020

Hello Student

Firstly i would like to appreciate you for your efforts for scoring so much high in one of the most difficult exams of the country .

I can understand that this year despite of scoring such a high score you get such a  rank but this shows that how much the competetion is rising and also the cutoff is going to rise so much high .

Yes you can apply like this because both of the counsellings are conducted separately but you will get more benefit via the state quota.

Chances for Delhi are unfortunately  very less but in UP due to inc in seats due to AIIMS and JIPMER you are going to a very nice institution.

You can also use our collage predictor to understand your standing in the competetion:-

I wish you very best for a very Bright Career Ahead. I am always available for any further queries.

Thank You.

IIIT AGARTALA VS IPU DELHI COLLEGES(LIKE MSIT/BVCOE) FOR B TECH IN CS

Abhishek Roy 25th Nov, 2020

If you are seriously interested in CSE, I believe you should prefer Indraprastha University Delhi over IIIT Agartala and other newer Government Institutes. IPU has good infrasructure, faculty and research facilties and secondly has a huge locational advantage. Being located near, IT Hubs at Gurgaon and Noida further provide impetus to training and placement prospects with major recruiters like Adobe, PayTM, Morgan Stanley, Amazon, Cognizant, Accenture, IBM making their footfalls regularly on campus.

for US EMLI test which college will be better , with 680 expected marks in Maharastra state will t be better to go to Delhi colleges like MAULANA AZAD or JIPMIER or to continue in Mumbai keeping in view that for US EMLI nothing else but its independent scores matters need somw guidence and statis

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 12th Oct, 2020

Lalit, understanding that USMLE has got nothing to do with your NEET scores and the Colleges that you get in sets us on the right path for conversation. Now, with a score of 680 if your dream is to be able to crack USMLE, you should opt for AIIMS or JIPMER. Because AIIMS and JIPMER have their own research facilities. Now the way Medicine is taught in India is different from the way it is taught in the US. And the exposure is different. AIIMS and JIPMER have International Research facilities which are on par with a US Medical College. So to be able to crack USMLE, you should opt for AIIMS or JIPMER. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

amisha547khetwal 25th Sep, 2020

Hey!

It depends on the colleges as there are many colleges in Delhi like engineering, medical colleges etc.If you are talking about DU(DELHI UNIVERSITY) ,then Delhi domicile play no role as admission is based on merit list regardless of any state quota.
