You will not face any problem getting admission to the MBA programme in any of the private business school in India as the minimum eligibility criteria set up by almost all the business schools is a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate in the qualifying examination. Some exception might be there as some of the business schools might ask for Bachelor's degree in a specific stream.

However, to get admission to MBA programme, you will require to appear for any of the following entrance exam, namely CAT / XAT/ NMAT / SNAP/ CMAT etc. followed by the WATPI/ GDPI process. All the business schools promote academic diversity, and as you belong to the humanities background, you will have good chance to convert the final call. However, you must perform well throughout the selection process. For you, general MBA will be a good option as it will open up various career prospects for you unless you are inclined towards a particular field.

When the students who have just qualified the "joint csir-ugc net december 2022 - june 2023" can apply for PhD in IIT Delhi?

Nitin Kumar 10th Jun, 2024

Candidates who qualified the Joint CSIR-UGC NET exam held in December 2022 - June 2023 wouldn't be eligible to apply for PhD programs at IIT Delhi based solely on their NET score.

IIT Delhi conducts its own independent entrance exams and interview process for PhD admissions. Qualifying the CSIR-UGC NET doesn't automatically guarantee admission into an IIT Delhi PhD program.

The CSIR-UGC NET exam primarily serves as a qualifying exam for eligibility to apply for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship positions in Indian universities and colleges. While qualifying NET can enhance your application for PhD programs, it's not the sole selection criterion.
