Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
With state rank you have mentioned It would be very difficult for you to get Government medical colleges in Maharashtra.
According to previous year data for State counseling for Maharashtra the cit offs for the General category candidates are as following for the two colleges you have mentioned in your query -
• Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Dental College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai - 426 Marks
• Terna Dental College, Navi Mumbai - 411 Marks

You haven't mentioned your category, hence I'm assuming it to be general, it's difficult to make exact predictions as cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as seat matrix. total number of candidates appearing for the examination, top NEET score, difficulty level of the paper etc,
however if we go through last year AIQ cut-offs then you have chances for ESIC Dental College, Gulbarga for the rest of the government dental colleges the cut-offs are on higher side, you can go through previous year AIQ cut-offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges
To know more detailed information about admission possibilities in various medical colleges and its respective medical courses you may use our NEET College Predictor at https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
Dear applicant as you know the score that you obtained in the NEET exam 2021, is not that high to ensure a seat into Government Colleges. However considering the past few years cut-off trends and since you are from SC category you may get a seat in DY Patil Dental School, but may be in the subsequent rounds of counselling.
