Guru ram das dental college, patiala is better than the other two options mentioned by you as not only the infrastructure but also the facilities and the teachers there are much better than in the other two. When it comes to placements the lowest salary offered hre is 3 Lakhs and the highest offered is 7 Lakhs.

However some dental colleges do not provide stipends. However some private colleges also provides 7,000 as stipend to the students.
