Greetings of the day dear Sanjana
The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. The cut-off All India Ranking in the year 2018 was 1,69,572 and 1,50,853 in the year 2019 for Bachelor of Dental Sciences (BDS) at P. M. Nadagouda Memorial Dental College (PMNM), Bagalkot.

You can have a look at the detailed glance about everything related to PMNM previous year cut-off trends from the above link.
Hope I've cleared all your doubts!!
All the best for your future endeavours
Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Karnataka.
Let's go with 450 marks, as you still have time to improve your score and you can at least achieve this much.
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not with 450 marks in a government medical college as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 450 marks you hold a decent chance in a Government Medical College under Karnataka state quota for government mbbs college seat
For example,
in neet 2019, 426 marks for obc category got an mbbs seat in Govt. Medical College under Karnataka state quota and it was for Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, MADIKERI
But still cut off changes, to be on the safer side I would ask you to target 475 marks for government MBBS college
Coming to bds,
you hold very good chance in government dental college.
in neet 2019, 375 marks for obc category got a bds seat in Govt. Dental College under Karnataka state quota and it was for Government Dental College, Bangalore
You can check the same at

Now that,
limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet

Hi aspirant,
Sorry, this is not possible. I will tell you with facts-
Hope that helps.
With due to respect, I would be frank with you. There is absolutely zero chances to get MDS NEET seat in government college with a rank of 12000. If you come under a reserved category, may be you have slight chances.
Yes there are management quota in RAMAKRISHNA DENTAL COLLEGE.
HOPE THIS HELPS
ALL THE BEST.
Hi Aspirant,
If that student or aspirant is from US or Canada then he can sit for the exam only if he have an UG degree. However for other international students they must have completed MBBS degree in order to sit for MCAT exam. However, students taking MCAT for purposes other than pursuing a career in medicine are required to get special permission from AAMC authorities.
Hope it helps!!
hi,
OEC Category that stands for Other Eligible Communities. And this category is seen in the kerala state , however you must know that private medical college do not participate for all India counselling, private medical colleges are only participate for state counselling. OEC category is a state level category and being from OEC category you can get benefits of sc, st category depends on your certifications. however there is no separate cutoff available for oec sc or oec st for private colleges of kerala.
you may follow the below link to know about past years cutoff:

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is West Bengal
Predicting the rank required to get a seat in a medical / dental college is quite difficult as it keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
number of students that appeared in the neet examination,
kind of marks obtained by students in neet ,
toughness level of the neet examination,
number of seats available etc.
But, when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 closing/cut off AIR rank for general category under west Bengal state quota was 51038 for a BDS seat in Government dental College and it was for NORTH BENGAL DENTAL COLLEGE
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal
So, you must try to get a rank of around 51000 to get a seat in government Dental College
Your profile suggests that right now you are in class, 11 so you have enough time good preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
